Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Netvo application on iOS or Android. By downloading or using Netvo, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Netvo — Net Worth Tracker ("the App") on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Netvo is a personal finance and net worth tracking application available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. The App lets you track assets and liabilities across multiple categories and currencies, monitor net worth over time, manage subscriptions and future payments, view growth history, track live crypto and stock prices, and set a biometric app lock (Face ID / Touch ID on iOS, fingerprint / BiometricPrompt on Android). Netvo is provided as-is and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. No user account or registration is required.
Netvo does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
iOS - Local Storage: Data is stored on-device using SwiftData. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync or export.
Android - Local Storage: Data is stored on-device using Room (SQLite). No data leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync or export.
iOS - iCloud Drive Sync (opt-in, Pro feature): If you enable iCloud Drive Sync in Settings → iCloud & Backup, your data is saved as an encrypted JSON file to your own personal iCloud Drive under the container iCloud.app.netvo.ios. This is your own Apple account storage — the developer has zero access to it. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Android - Google Drive Sync (opt-in, Pro feature): If you enable Google Drive Sync in Settings → Cloud & Backup, your data is saved to your own personal Google Drive account. This is your own Google account storage — the developer has zero access to it. Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Local Backups: The app automatically maintains up to 10 local backup files (Netvo_[date].json) in your device's local storage. These can be used to restore your data after reinstalls.
CSV Export: You may export your data as a Netvo_[year].csv file and share it via the system share sheet (iOS or Android) at any time. The app does not transmit this file — sharing is entirely your choice.
Netvo Pro is available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store via Apple StoreKit. Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play via Google Play Billing.
Netvo Pro Yearly — US$19.99/year
Netvo Pro Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription billed at US$19.99/year (or local equivalent) after an optional 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours (iOS) or at any time before the renewal date (Android) before the end of the current period.
Netvo Pro Lifetime — US$49.99 one-time
Netvo Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase of US$49.99 (or local equivalent) granting permanent access to all Pro features. On iOS it is tied to your Apple ID; on Android it is tied to your Google account. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not handle refunds directly.
If you have previously purchased Netvo Pro Lifetime and need to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling, tap the "Restore Purchase" button inside the Netvo app.
The App connects to the following external services. No personal financial data is transmitted to any third party.
You agree to use Netvo only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The Netvo application, including all content, features, design, and code, is owned by Ahzin Razal and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without express written permission.
Netvo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
Netvo is a personal net worth tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice. The figures displayed in the App are based solely on data you enter manually, along with publicly available market prices. Any financial decisions you make based on information in the App are entirely your own responsibility. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for professional guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahzin Razal and Netvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of data, income, or profits.
We strongly recommend enabling cloud sync (iCloud Drive on iOS, Google Drive on Android — both Netvo Pro features) and maintaining local backups to protect your data against device loss. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, theft, software updates, or any other cause outside our control.
Your use of Netvo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The short version: we collect nothing personal, your data stays on your device, and the developer has no access to your information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or App Store / Google Play update notes. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
