1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Netvo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Netvo is a personal finance and net worth tracking application for iOS. The App allows you to track assets and liabilities, monitor your net worth over time, manage subscriptions, and view future payments. Netvo is provided as-is and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts & Data

Netvo does not require you to create an account. All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data. We recommend enabling Face ID or Touch ID protection within the App settings.

If you choose to enable iCloud Sync (available for Premium users), your data will be synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Netvo offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to Premium:

• Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's payment terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Prices are subject to change, but we will notify users in advance of any price changes
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Netvo only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

6. Intellectual Property

The Netvo application, including all content, features, design, and code, is owned by Netvo and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Netvo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netvo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of data, income, or profits.

9. Data Loss

We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device via iCloud or iTunes. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, theft, or any other cause. Enabling iCloud Sync (Premium) can help protect your data against device loss.

10. Privacy

Your use of Netvo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or App Store update notes. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
